Types Of Maintenance Contracts

There are quite a few different types of agreements available depending on how critical your thermal printer is to you if it breaks down. Below is a comprehensive list of contracts to suit all situations. You will need to contact a member of staff at LabelsPlus on 0870 770 5161 to discuss pricing and your specific requirements.

Option A: Return To Base
This is where the customer returns the printer to the maintenance company and will receive it back in approximately
4-5 working days.

Option B: 8 Hour On Site
This covers the timescale in which an engineer will be on site (ie 8 hours). This does not mean that he/she can repair the printer on site in that visit as they may not carry the part. If that is the case, the engineer will order the required part and
he/she will then return when the part comes in, usually 48 hours later.

Option C: 4 Hour On Site
This covers the timescale in which an engineer will be on site (ie 4 hours). This does not mean that he/she can repair the printer on site in that visit as they may not carry the part. If that is the case, the engineer will order the required part and
he/she will then return when the part comes in, usually 48 hours later.

Option D: 2 Days + 8
This covers a two-day on site visit with a further 8 hour fix if on site repair cannot be done.

Option E: 8 + 8
This covers the 8-hour visit time together with a loan printer after a further 8 hours, if an on site repair is not achieved.

Option F: 4 + 4
This covers the 4-hour visit time together with a loan printer after a further 4 hours, if an on site repair is not achieved.
